How Do I Place an Order?

Select a section from the menu bar at the top of the page. Click on an item, Decide on a size and then click 'Add to Cart'. Continue shopping for additional gear or press ‘checkout’ to proceed to check out / billing information.

How do I add items to my Shopping Bag?

After you 'Add to Cart', the items will be placed in your shopping bag until you check out. You can review your bag anytime by clicking on the 'VIEW BAG' button in the top right of screen. If an item that you selected is not appearing in your shopping bag, double check its availability. To remove anything from your shopping bag, click on 'Delete'.

How do I checkout?

Checking out is easy: Either click the ‘VIEW BAG’ button in the top right of screen or click the ‘checkout’ button on any garments page. Then follow the step by step process to complete the order….

How can I be sure my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email usually within minutes from placing order, if you do not receive a confirmation email then please email usscott@culet.co.nz, supplying us with your order number and contact phone number and we will sort it out for you.

How do I pay for my order? 

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB.

Can I make a return or exchange?

How do i know when my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirming your package has been sent and giving you a tracking number (Tracking not available for orders outside NZ) and a link to a website were you can track your package.

Should I get my order shipped to my house or work address?

We always suggest getting all orders shipped to your work address as couriers deliver between normal business hours of 9am – 5pm, meaning if order is shipped to your house the likely hood of someone being there to sign for parcel is less likely than if it was shipped to your work address.

Can you ship to a P.O Box?

No the courier services we use do not ship to P.O box’s. Please use an easily accessible physical address for all orders

What if my package is not delivered?

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. If your package does not turn up within the expected delivery time outlined for your region of the world, track your package by clicking on the tracking link supplied in your ‘order shipped’ confirmation email and entering the tracking number also supplied in this email. If this still does not turn up any results email us all your order details to scott@culet.co.nz and we will attempt to track the package for you. Please give the package two extra business days for delivery before emailing us.

Will you convert my total into my currency?

On the payment step of the checkout process you have the chance to convert your total into your local currency for your reference. However we will charge your credit card in NZ dollars, your credit card company will convert the charges for you.

Do you charge extra for international orders?

Garments are charged at the same rate, however International orders are subject to different Postage and Handling charges, see shipping details here

Also, shipments outside of NZ may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Contact the recipient's customs offices for more information.

How long does it take to ship overseas?

In-stock items should be recieved in between 7 - 10 business days from order date..
